2. League Participation

When you join a league, you agree to abide by the league rules, commissioner decisions, and platform policies. Fair play and sportsmanship are expected from all participants.

3. Buy-Ins and Payments

Important: All buy-ins are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, you acknowledge that funds cannot be returned under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

League cancellation
Personal withdrawal from the league
Technical issues
Disputes with other players

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Cheat, hack, or manipulate game results
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Share inappropriate content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to disrupt the service

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Administrative Discretion: Administrators reserve the right to remove players from leagues or ban users from the site at their sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to:

Suspicious activity or cheating
Violation of terms of service
Disruptive behavior
Failure to comply with league rules
Any conduct deemed harmful to the community

Such actions may be taken without prior warning and without refund of any fees paid.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with our services.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
